We are located at Level 7 / 227 Collins Street, Melbourne CBD. Our office building entrance is just after Westpac on the corner of Collins and Swanston Street.

For security purposes our door is kept locked, please press the door bell when you arrive on Level 7 for a staff member to let you upstairs.

Our business hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that we are closed on Weekends.

Public Holidays: We regularly close for most public holidays, to check whether we will be open on a public holiday, please ensure you call us first to verify before attending our office.

On the corner of Collins Street and Swanston Street there is a Westpac Branch. Walk past the Westpac branch and just after it you will see an entrance, above this entrance is the words "Wales Corner". Enter the building here and take the evevator to Level 7 to arrive at our office.

There is plenty of low cost parking spaces available at 202 Flinders Lane (City Square Car Park). Parking for the first half hour costs only $4 and when you exit the carpark you are only a one minute walk away from our office building.
